I've got a basketball question for all SIDs at all levels: What is the most points scored by one team in a college basketball game in the space of 60 seconds? In our Jan. 18 women's game here in Newberg, Ore., Pacific Lutheran University scored 17 points in the final 55 seconds, hitting 6-6, including 5 straight 3-pointers, while fouling George Fox players immediately after every shot to send our players to the line. (Fortunately, we hit 7 of 10 and hung on for a 57-55 win after leading 50-38 with less than a minutes left!) Has any other team every scored that many in so short a time?
