College Sports Information Directors of America

Adelphi University will sponsor its first-ever Black History Month Celebration on February 9, 2003. The purpose is to invite back all former African-American athletes from every sport, beginning in the 1950s to present, for a celebration. Our keynote speaker is former AD and Head Track Coach Ron Bazil. Do any other colleges sponsor black history month programs such as this? If so, what types of programs do they run?
