Ask CoSIDA - Three Sets of Siblings Play
I'm trying to find out if any program has ever started three sets of siblings in the same game.
Houghton College's women's field hockey program did that in a game on September 30.
Kelly Mazzeo is a sophomore and Kristin Mazzeo is a freshman, Brieanna Claybourn is a senior and Tori Claybourn is a sophomore, and Laura Hanks is a junior and Kelly Hanks is a freshman.
And the Mazzeo's brother plays on our men's soccer team. That's not even mentioning we have three sisters (Hannah, Heidi, and Bridgett Toth) who have all started in the same game for our women's soccer team this year.
Any help would be appreciated.
