Academic All-America Team Award Re-Prints

Please follow the guidelines below to request a new Academic All-District and/or Academic All-America Team Member award due to a production error, the award is lost or broken or to replace for the new award display case.

New Award Request

  • Make a copy of the award and fill in the correct student-athlete information.  If it is the national team award, please keep the acrylic frame, as it is only necessary to re-print the certificate.
  • Fax copy to Katie Hyde of Millsport at (203) 977-0555.
  • If a copy is not available, please fax a written request with student-athlete’s name, award type, sport and school to Katie Hyde.
  • Upon receipt, Millsport will submit your request to the Academic All-America awards supplier.   Reprints are submitted on the third Thursday of every month and take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to reproduce.
  • ALL awards are mailed to the Sports Information Director of the respective institution.

Cost Guidelines

  • If an award needs to be re-reprinted due to an error on the nomination form through the national coordinator process, then the school is responsible for the reprint cost.
  • If an award needs to be re-printed due to an error from Millsport’s awards production, then the Academic All-America budget is responsible for the reprint cost.
  • If an award needs to be replaced at the school’s request to fill a display case, it’s lost or it’s broken, the school is responsible for the reprint cost.
  • If an award needs to be replaced at the school’s request because they never received the award, the school is responsible for the reprint cost, if more than six months has past since the awards we mailed to the respective schools.  If less than six months has past, Millsport will research the mailing process with the sports information director.

District Certificate: $2.80

National Team Certificate: $5.00

National Team Certificate & Acrylic Plaque: $21.00

First Team Award: $26.50

Team Member of the Year Award: $60.00
