Ask CoSIDA - Interceptions-TD Pass Allowed Ratio

The Johns Hopkins University defense had 28 interceptions this season and
allowed just two touchdown passes for a differential of +26.  I know there
have been many instances where teams have had more than 28 interceptions
(as well as instances where teams have allowed fewer than two TD passes), but
is this the best, or one of the better, interception-TD passes allowed
ratios over the course of a season?

If you have had a defense that has finished any season with a +25 or better
interception-TD passes allowed ratio, please send the information to Ernie
Larossa at Johns Hopkins University (elarossa@jhu.edu).

Please provide the following information when you respond:

School Name / Division / Year / Interceptions / TD Passes Allowed / Ratio

I will compile a list of all teams that have had a +25 ratio and provide
that information to the NCAA Statistics Service.  I will provide one
overall list (inclusive of all divisions) and then break it down for each
of the four divisions as well.
