Ask CoSIDA - Youngest D-1 Lacrosse Coach
Rutgers head women’s lacrosse coach Laura Brand was named the BIG EAST women’s lacrosse coach of the year at age 25 (born Aug. 30, 1977). She is the youngest women’s lacrosse coach in the BIG EAST Conference and the youngest to win the BIG EAST Women’s Lacrosse Coach of the Year award.
I am trying to find out if she is the youngest active Division I head women’s lacrosse coach as well as the youngest to win a league/region/national coach of the year award.
