Siepiola Takes Position at Adelphi

Adam Siepiola, a recent graduate of St. John Fisher College has been named assistant director of athletic media relations at Adelphi University. The announcement was made today by Suzette Thweatt, director of athletic media relations at Adelphi University. Siepiola, a Clinton, N.Y., native, comes to Adelphi after having graduated from St. John Fisher College in May with a bachelor's degree in sports studies. While at St. John Fisher he also competed in varsity lacrosse and also did a practicum assignment with the athletic departments intramural program. Most recently, Siepiola interned in the athletics department at the University of Rochester. He assisted with production of their football and basketball programs as well as some management of their athletics website. Primary duties at Adelphi include men’s soccer, women’s tennis, volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse and baseball. Adelphi University, a Division II with a Division I men's soccer, is a private liberal arts institution. The 75-acre campus is located in Garden City, N.Y.
