Kevin Beasley has returned to South Alabama as a media relations graduate assistant, Athletic Media Relations Director Matt Smith announced. Beasley, who received a master’s degree in communications from USA in August, rejoins the sports information staff and will be the primary contact for women’s basketball and tennis. In his previous stint that spanned August 2001 to July 2003, Beasley served as the top contact for cross country, track and golf. He also was the secondary contact for the baseball program. Beasley replaces Mark Wasik who has accepted an assistant media relations position at Nevada-Las Vegas.
