CoSIDA Workshop Exhibits

Feb. 24, 2004

Dear CoSIDA Exhibitor:

It is that time of year again...time to start thinking about the annual CoSIDA
Workshop, and it is a pleasure to invite everyone to this year's affair in
Calgary, Alberta.

We will be meeting at the Telus Concention Centre June 26-30.  We've tentatively
scheduled for the exhibit area will open for set-up at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, June
27. We will again have our coffee and pastry in the exhibits area and will open
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. The exhibit area will run until 5
p.m. Sunday through Tuesday and until 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

We expect another large turnout and exhibiting at the Workshop will give you the
opportunity to meet and greet sports information professionals from across the
country representing major universities, small colleges, and conferences.

To facilitate shipping and the exhibit area set-up we will again contract with a
company as a drayage and exhibition-set up firm.  They will provide pipe and
drape booths (8x10) with a table and chairs and will assist us in electrical and
telephone hookup where needed. While this has added a little bit to the cost of
a booth at CoSIDA, we feel it will be a much smoother operation for all
concerned and that exhibiting at CoSIDA is still a bargain. Those wishing a
double booth should call or email me as soon as possible to assist in setting up
the exhibit area.

You'll be interested to know that we are keeping our rates the same.  And after
having a look at the Convention Center in Calgary, CoSIDA has decided to not
only have our Job Seekers sessions in this area, but also our extremely popular
Table Topic breakout sessions here as well.  This should insure plenty of
exposure for all of our exhibitors.

Additional information on setting up your booth will be provided upon receipt of
your registration check.

An exhibitor's contract is located on the "Forms" section of CoSIDA.com in a pdf format.

You are entitled to the workshop rate at the hotel and a copy of the hotel
registration form will be available soon on CoSIDA Online (coside.com) and in
future copies of the  CoSIDA Digest.

I look forward to hearing from you soon and to seeing you in Calgary.

Best,

Paul Allan
