The Early Bird Gets the Worm

Members:

Today I purchased my airline tickets to Calgary, and I thought a word of advice is necessary.  If you know you are going to be at the workshop, make your reservation now for the following reasons:

1. Summer is a prime time for flying to the Canadian Northwest, and flights are limited.
2. Due to the current plight of the airline business, there are many less options, i.e. few seats at inexpensive prices and being reserved quickly.
3. Shop around for the best price; Stone Travel will do it for you if you wish, or you can surf the net.

I have to fly out of Syracuse, and one airline wanted $1400 with two connnections, and at lousy times.  BUT, I didn't give up.  Karen, at Stone Travel, found me a flight, with one connection, for $460, and I booked immediately.

There are options, so don't give up, but the options are going fast.

Remember, to go into Canada via air, you need a passport, OR a drivers license AND your original birth certificate (that's the certificate with a raised seal, not a copy).

See you in Calgary!!!  It's going to be a great workshop!!!
