Colin McDonough has been promoted to assistant athletic director for athletic media relations and Kyle Schwartz has been promoted to athletic media relations coordinator at Northern Colorado University.
McDonough has been with UNC athletics since July 2000 and Schwartz joined UNC staff in September 2002.
