A recent graduate of Boston University who worked in the Terriers’ Office of Athletic Communications,
Megan Bradshaw has been named as an athletic media relations assistant at Towson University, it has been announced by Director of Athletic Media Relations
Peter Schlehr.
A native of Manchester, Md., Bradshaw was a Dean’s List student who graduated from Boston University in May with a bachelor's degree in communication and a concentration in advertising.
In addition to her duties in Boston University’s Office of Athletic Communications, the North Carroll High School graduate served as the team manager for the Terriers’ men’s basketball team for three years. She also worked as an account services intern for Weber Shandwick Worldwide, a public relations firm in Baltimore, during the summer of 2003.
As a student worker in the Terriers’ athletic communication office, Megan worked with the basketball program, the tennis program and the track teams.
At Towson, she will serve as the primary contact for the Tigers’ volleyball team, the women’s basketball team and the women’s lacrosse program.
She will join the Towson staff on August 9.
