Fellow SIDs,
For those of you who may not have heard, the longtime sports information director at Wake Forest and later at the Atlantic Coast Conference, passed away Tuesday, July 6. Skeeter was 82.
Our office has created a tribute page and would like to collect everyone's thoughts, prayers and remembrances of Skeeter. We hope to present a scrapbook of sorts to his family at a reception following his funeral Monday afternoon. We would love to include as many people as possible. If you knew Skeeter, even on a limited basis, then you knew him well. There was never a truer and more genuine person in this world.
