College Sports Information Directors of America

Kylee Davis has joined the Missouri Kansas City Kangaroos staff as
assistant sports information director. She will be responsible for the
publicity and promotion of the UMKC women’s basketball, men’s and women’s
golf, rifle, softball, men’s and women’s tennis and volleyball programs.

Davis, a native of Nortonville, Kan., spent the last year as the assistant
sports information director at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan.,
where she assisted in the publicity and promotion of the Hornets’
16-sport intercollegiate athletics program. Davis served as a student
assistant in the sports information office for three years prior to her
appointment as full-time assistant.

She played two seasons of volleyball at Emporia State before a leg injury
ended her career.

Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Emporia State
University in 2003.
