Nick Nagel, a 2004 graduate of John’s University has been named athletic communications intern at Bryant University for 2004-05. The announcement was made today by Athletic Director Dan Gavitt and Asst. A.D./Communications Jason Sullivan.
A native of Allentown, Pa., Nagel comes to Bryant from St. John’s University where he was a student assistant in the athletic communications office. While with the Red Storm, Nagel assisted game-day operations for various sporting events and served as the official scorer for the men’s and women’s basketball teams.
A 2000 graduate of William Allen High School in Allentown, Pa., Nagel will assist the athletic communications office at Bryant in promoting and publicizing the university’s 23 intercollegiate sports teams. He will begin his duties immediately.
Bryant University, formerly Bryant College, is a Division II member of the Northeast-10 Conference.
