Northwest Missouri State University has named Chad Waller director of athletics media relations and sports information.
Waller comes from Bemidji State (Minn.) University where he served as assistant sports information director for the past two years. Prior to that he was on the media relations staff at Minnesota State University-Mankato.
“We are pleased that Chad has agreed to join our staff and believe he will make significant contributions to Northwest," said Director of Athletics Dr. Bob Boerigter.
Waller is a graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton, Wis., and he holds a mater's degree from Minnesota State University-Mankato. The native of Waupaca, Wis., officially began his new duties on August 23rd.
“I am honored to be welcomed into the Bearcat family,” said Waller. “The excitement associated with Northwest athletics is second to none and I am thrilled to be a part of it.”
