DiVito brings a wealth of sports information experience at both NCAA Division I and Division II institutions. He comes to Merrimack from Goldey-Beacom College, where he spent the last year as the college’s first sports information director. He also assisted the sports information office at the University of Delaware last year after spending the previous two years at Delaware as a sports information intern.
A 2001 graduate of Towson University, DiVito started his career in sports information as an assistant at Rutgers University.
DiVito will serve as the primary media contact for the football and men’s and women’s basketball teams, along with other duties.
