Palladium-Times (Oswego, NY) and the former editor of the Valley News
(Fulton, NY).

In addition to his role as SID at Oswego State, Fulton has also served as
the results auditor for the Empire State Games since 2002 and assisted as
the liaison for men’s soccer for the State University of New York Athletic
Conference (SUNYAC). A member of Oswego State Athletic Hall of Fame
Committee, Fulton is a member of both the Eastern College Athletic
Conference-Sports Information Directors Association (ECAC-SIDA) and the
College Sports Information Directors Association of America (CoSIDA).

During his tenure at Oswego State, Fulton served as the host SID for the
2003 NCAA Division III Men’s Ice Hockey Quarterfinals as well as a 2005
