The CoSIDA Site Selection Committee will be reviewing proposals for the 2011 CoSIDA Convention in this year's deliberations. The Workshop will be in the East corridor, according to the geographic rotation detailed in the CoSIDA Constitution.
The Site Selection Committee previously targeted the following cities to focus on as potential sites: Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Tampa and Orlando. Proposals will be accepted from any site interested in hosting the Convention although the Committee will follow a list of requirements based on hotel accomodations and convention-style facilities. The Committee will also work closely with corporate partner Marriott, Inc. in determining appropriate properties.
The willingness of area CoSIDA members to help "host" the Convention is critical to the selection process.
