For many years, SIDs have been living with NCAA rules about
media guides with respect to the use of four-color or spot color other
than on the covers, etc. Last year we got the limitation of page counts to
208. I haven't ever seen or heard of a rule or interpretation, recently or
older, that limits the color paper a guide can have on inside pages. Is
anyone aware of such a rule or interpretation that says all inside paper
has to be the same color?
