Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks welcomed its new sports information director to campus this week.
Tracy Maple has joined CLU from fellow Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference member Whittier College, where she served as the SID for 21 athletic teams.
Maple received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a concentration in sports management and her master of arts and education degree from Whittier.
A Massachusetts native, Maple participated in softball, gymnastics and diving during her high school and college athletic career.
