Consecutive Conference Baseball Tournament Appearances

The baseball team at Southeast Missouri State University has earned 12 consecutive conference tournament berths (1994-2006), all of which have been under the same head coach.

I am looking to find out what the other CURRENT consecutive team conference tournament berth streaks are out there, as well as all-time consecutive team conference tournament berth streaks.  Please let me know ifyour school has a current streak of 12 or more consecutive conference tournament berths, as well as what the school's longest ever streak is.
