I am conducting research on colleges adding and dropping football programs. I want to know when a college added football (and dropped football) when they joined the NCAA (or NAIA) and when they added basketball and women's basketball. I was wondering if there was a way to send a "mass" email to the college sports information directors as I assume these are the people I would ask this question to.
