CoSIDA has launched its online membership process for current members and new members to join the organization.
3 ways to join CoSIDA:1.) Register online and pay with a credit card: http://www.cosida.com/register.aspx
For those members taking advantage of completing your application online and paying by credit card, there will be a $5 transaction fee attached to your dues. Your membership will be active immediately with all privileges. Members will receive a confirmation of your membership and receipt after completing your application and this will also be emailed to you for your records.
2.) Register online and mail in a check: http://www.cosida.com/register.aspx
For those paying by check, we encourage you to complete your application online to ensure the accuracy of your directory listing information immediately. You will be provided with a form online after completing your application and will be emailed the same information to mail with your check payment to CoSIDA Treasurer Dave Wohlhueter. In submitting a check payment, your membership will not become active until the check has been received by Wohlhueter.
3.) Submit printed membership form and mail with check payment.

CoSIDA Dues Structure for 2008-2009Active [$75]Any person actively engaged in the administration of a sports information program at an accredited institution of higher learning, an intercollegiate athletic conference, a national athletics governing body, or of similar organizations devoted to the administration of collegiate athletics.
Associate [$80]Any person whose duties are related to, but not a part of, the administration of a sports information program at an accredited institution of higher learning, an intercollegiate athletic conference, a national athletics governing body, or of similar organizations devoted to the administration of collegiate athletics.
Student [$25]Any person enrolled at an accredited institution of higher learning and employed in the sports information program at that institution, at an intercollegiate athletic conference, a national athletics governing body, or of similar organizations devoted to the administration of collegiate athletics.

Changes for the 2008-09 Year - Memberships are no longer tied to their institution for the 2008-09 year. Members will be able to change their institutions if they have moved from their previously listed organization.
- On Wednesday, May 28th, CoSIDA will add a custodial feature for those members who oversee large sports information staffs, giving them the ability to renew their entire staff and add new staff members.
