Ryan Bradley has been promoted to assistant athletic director for media relations and communication at Rogers State University.
Bradley joined RSU in 2006 as sports information director, after working in professional baseball.
“Ryan has proven himself to be a leader of the highest caliber in our athletics department,” said Wren Baker, RSU Athletic Director. “He has done a tremendous job in promoting our programs and this new title better reflects his role within our department.”
During his three years with the Hillcats, Bradley has developed an athletics web site (
www.rsuhillcats.com) and produced several award-winning publications, Baker said. He also has been instrumental in the development and organization of RSU’s athletic fundraising and marketing initiatives.
Bradley worked in the media relations office of the Memphis Redbirds, the Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, before making the move to RSU.
He is the son of RSU baseball coach Ron Bradley and is a 2001 graduate of Claremore High School. He gained experience as a student assistant in the Sports Information Department at the University of Arkansas while earning his degree in broadcast journalism.
Bradley’s duties include working with members of the media, producing athletics publications and press releases and compiling statistics for all RSU athletic events. He also has performed various broadcasting roles including serving as the voice of Hillcat baseball and softball on RSU Radio FM 91.3.
