Twenty-Seven Exhibitors Set For 2009 CoSIDA Convention

Twenty-seven exhibitors are scheduled to be on hand when the 2009 CoSIDA Convention gets underway at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio from June 22-25.
Of the 27, eight are corporate sponsors/providers and exhibit space is one of the attractions of their financial commitment. The eight include ASAP Sports (http://www.asapsorts.com), College Fanz™ Sports Network (http://www.collegefanz.com), DigiPixArt (http://www.digipixart.com), FOX Sports Interactive (http://msn.foxsports.com), ICS-SIDEARM (http://www.sidearmsports.com),  Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award (http://www.seniorclassaward.com), Populous (http://www.populous.com), and Sports Systems (http://sportssystems.com).     

The other 19 exhibitors include Allstate (www.allstate.com), Collegiate Directories (www.collegiatedirectories.com), Custom Color (www.focusprintinggroup.com), Daktronics (www.daktronics.com), InStadium Solutions (www.instadiumsolutions.com), Kelly Press (www.kellypress.com), and Miller Printing and Litho (web site currently under construction.)

SIDs who will be attending the Convention, which runs from June 21-25, are encouraged to visit the exhibitors, who will be located in Salons B and F.

One of the social highlights of the Convention will be the first-ever Exhibitors Reception, which will be hosted by 28 combined sponsors in addition to the 27 exhibitors that are present for this year’s convention. The event is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23rd.

However, SIDs will have their first opportunity to visit the exhibit room on Monday, June 22nd. The rooms will be open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
On Tuesday, the hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with the exception of 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm and then for the reception that evening.

Wednesday’s hours are from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm with the exception of 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.

Finally, on Thursday, the exhibit area will be open from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
