For those CoSIDA members planning to attend the upcoming 2010 Convention (July 4-7) in San Francisco, CoSIDA has secured a block of 100 tickets to see the
reigning World Series champion New York Yankees battle the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday July 7, 2010 at Network Associates Coliseum. The game starts at 7:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. Each CoSIDA member can reserve a maximum of four (4) tickets.
If you are interested in attending:1) Please register with Rob Knox, CoSIDA Board of Directors representative at
kubears@gmail.com.(PLEASE USE THIS EMAIL ADDRESS ONLY; do not contact Rob at his official school email address). 2) Tickets are $26 and must be paid for on site in San Francisco during the annual convention.
3) Specific information will be sent out closer to the convention about where to pay for and pick up tickets.
4) There is public transportation available from San Francisco to Oakland via BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit Authority). It is about a 25-minute trip from the hotel to the game. You must take the Fremont-bound train, get off at the Coliseum station and use the walkway to the stadium. Round trip fare from the Montgomery or Powell Street stations to the Coliseum is $7.60.
5) Each CoSIDA member registered for the conference is limited to purchase a maximum of four tickets.
