Over the pages below (PDF versions) are proposed changes and updates for the CoSIDA Constitution that are supported by the CoSIDA Board of Directors.
The updates include changes to Articles 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 13, 14, 18, 19 and 20.
The majority of the changes proposed will update language dealing with CoSIDA Board positions, Board duties and committees that have changed in recent years.
The proposed changes will be formally presented for a vote at the Business Meeting on July 7, 2010 at the CoSIDA Convention in San Francisco, Calif. which takes place at the Marriott Marquis.
