I want to once again express my gratitude to the members of CoSIDA for allowing me to speak at the annual convention regarding the work that Liberty Mutual and its Coach of the Year program are doing 
to recognize the positive contributions of football coaches around the country.
When I spoke in Marco Island, I stressed that the Coach of the Year program hinges on your participation, and now is the time to ask for your help.
In order for us to accurately reflect the wonderful work of your head coach, we need you to share just a few brief items.
If you could send these items as quickly as possible to the email address

it would be greatly appreciated:
- An EPS or JPEG file of your school logo
- A head shot of your head football coach
- An action shot of your head football coach
- Between 3 and 10 bulleted items that demonstrate your football coach's commitment to winning responsibly and fostering his student-athletes.
See below for the types of items that should be included.
· Any specific community service projects that your head coach, his staff, or his teammates regularly participate in
· Any boards or panels that your coach serves on that support philanthropic causes or promote amateur football
· Any awards or honors your coach has won - either for his success on the field or in the community
· Any processes or programs your coach has implemented to foster a responsible environment for his student-athletes and/or to promote academic excellence
Note: Please limit references to on-field accomplishments to no more than 1-2 bullets (e.g. career record, bowl or playoff games won, conference championships, etc.)
As you can imagine, compiling this information for more than 600 coaches prior to the season is a daunting task that will require the hard work of many individuals dedicated to the Coach of the Year program.
