Re: Next Generation

We hope this email finds everyone well.

Based on our joint consultation with CoSIDA leadership and feedback from numerous SID's, conferences and organizations,
we have decided to postpone the launch of additional Next Generation software until next year.

Instead, we plan to provide all clients who purchased soccer and/or basketball Next Generation with the Legacy software at no additional cost and the ability to continue to beta Next Gen.

While we have invested a great deal of resources into our Next Generation software, your relationship and support of Stat Crew are paramount. Our Legacy software will continue to provide you with the reliable live-stats solution you know and use, while the Next Gen beta will allow you to test the software throughout the year. This testing will ensure the product is stable, reliable and fully functional as we head into the 2012-13 season.

The Cloud will remain operational and serve as a repository for your data. For those of you who have already purchased Next Generation (Soccer, Basketball), you will receive access to our 2012 Legacy software (via the cloud, soccer v1.13 and basketball v4.13) and the Cloud for no additional cost. If you do not want to participate in the beta nor have access to the Cloud, the Legacy software is available at our regular pricing of $165/sport. (Refund of Next Gen order and then re-order of Legacy software would be required if users do not want to use the beta / cloud this year).

Stat Crew and CoSIDA are in the process of producing a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document regarding the above matter and will circulate and post on statcrew.com and support.statcrew.com as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued support of Stat Crew and your candid and constructive advice surrounding the launch of our Next Generation software. We remain confident it will exceed your expectations and help us better serve you and your constituents.

Regards,
