CoSIDA SURVEY on USING SOCIAL MEDIA in CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS

 

 

To all CoSIDA colleagues:

 

The CoSIDA New Media/Technology Committee is conducting an important survey to gauge how CoSIDA members are/are not using social media in crisis communications planning.  

   

The increasing frequency of business interruptions and crisis situations has made it absolutely critical that organizations quickly and accurately communicate with all stakeholders during an event or situation. 

 

We encourage all members to take this survey. Results will be used in preparing for 2012 St. Louis Convention presentations and for future continuing education sessions.
