Helping Our Colleagues: Gaining Personal Balance

• Thursday, Feb. 23

In this continuing education session, the presenters gave advice and tips about achieving work-personal life balance for athletic communicators. They spoke of balancing your personal life with the demands of the sports communications profession - especially as we head into March, one of the busiest months for all CoSIDA members. The presenters were married and single SIDs. The main presenter of this session was FAME, CoSIDA's Female Athletic Media Relations Executives group.
