57 sponsors support 2012 CoSIDA Convention

CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America) is proud to announce that fifty-seven (57) organizations and companies will provide sponsorship support for the organization’s annual convention, taking place June 23-26th at the Renaissance Grand in St. Louis. Combined, those groups provided a record annual level of corporate support for CoSIDA.

Twenty- three (23) of those organizations/companies are considered “major sponsors” as they provide $3,500-plus in sponsorship support /trade out services for the upcoming convention as well as throughout the 2012-13 academic year. Those groups are as follows:

Gold: NewTek, Inc.
Silver: NFL, TRZ Sports/Teamline, Stat Crew Software
Bronze: FOX Sports, Turner Sports, Rose Bowl, Orange Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Heisman Trophy
Major Supporter: XOS Digital, Populous, Sports Systems.

The 57 organizations will support three social based events, two luncheons and a special awards gala dinner at the annual CoSIDA Convention. A full sponsor directory for the convention can be accessed HERE.

The convention’s social activities will begin on June 23rd with a “Kickoff/Welcome Reception” that will take place in the convention’s exhibitor hall from 6-7:15 pm. The NFL is the event’s headline sponsor with 32 other organizations helping to support that event. Here is a full roster of sponsors for that event:

On June 24, the convention’s “Kickoff Luncheon” will be sponsored by SIDEARM, ASAP Sports, NewTek, TRZ Sports/Teamline and Stat Crew Software. ESPN will host a social reception that evening.

On the 25th CoSIDA’s Hall of Fame Luncheon will be sponsored by TextCaster, FOX Sports Networks and Turner Sports. The Capital One Special Awards Gala that evening - which will be livestreamed - will be sponsored by Capital One and supported by the NCAA.

The annual convention will close on the evening of June 26 with a “Farewell Party” at Busch Stadium. Headline sponsors for that event will be the Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Orange Bowl, Sugar Bowl and Heisman Trophy. Supporting sponsors for that event will be NCAA Football, Football Bowl Association, ACC, Big East, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12 and SEC.
