On-Site Registration: There will be on-site registration in St. Louis on June 23-25 for these late registration fees: $325 for non-CoSIDA members, $225 for CoSIDA members and $225 each for spouses, friends and children. If you wish to register onsite, you will proceed to the CoSIDA registration area; registration hours are on convention schedule. On-site registration can be paid for by cash or check. No credit cards please.
NOTE: Your CONVENTION REGISTRATION BADGE is REQUIRED for entrance to each daily session, luncheon, social event and the Capital One Hall of Fame Gala dinner/induction ceremony. There are NO exceptions.
• Sign up for the June 24th 5K Fun Run/Walk at the Arch! Be a part of our community service project at the St. Patrick Center - and bring donations for the Center
Sign up for the 5K Fun Run Walk during Registration hours on Saturday, June 23 - or email Chris Mitchell at Washington University (mitchell@wustl.edu) to sign up. The CoSIDA Goodwill Committee will run check-in at 7 a.m. at the start/finish line with a scheduled run/walk start time of 7:30 a.m. Prizes will be awarded for the top male and female finishers, as well as the top family. This year’s registration fee is $10 per participant or $20 for a family of three or more. All of the proceeds will go to the St. Patrick Center.
• Details and ticket information for the CoSIDA Convention Busch Stadium Farewell Party/Reception/Stadium Tours: Tuesday, June 26
The final night of our convention will take place at Busch Stadium where Ozzie Smith will speak to convention attendees. Ballpark fare will be served at the event. If you are not registering family members for CoSIDA but would like to bring them to the event, tickets will be on sale for $30. You will need to purchase them when you pick up your registration packet on Saturday or Sunday, June 23-24. Tickets will NOT be available after Sunday.
If you've registered for the Convention, the Farewell Party and Ozzie Smith address are part of your registration fee.
There also is an opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes tour of Busch Stadium. Anyone - registrants or non-registrants - who wishes to take the Busch Stadium tour, however, will have to pay $5 - and tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first 200 people who sign up at registration. NO TICKETS will be sold for this tour after registration closes on Sunday.
Event Parking: If you are not walking from the Renaissance and plan to drive, there are 200 free parking spots in Lots A & B at Busch Stadium are reserved for the CoSIDA event, and there is plenty of inexpensive parking in the immediate area.

A total of 57 organizations and companies will provide sponsorship support for the 2012 St. Louis Convention; those groups provided a record annual level of corporate support for CoSIDA. See release HERE. Twenty-three (23) of those organizations/companies are considered "major sponsors" as they provide $3500-plus in sponsorship support/trade out services.
