1) Go to
www.NCAA.org and sign in using the “Membership Login” link. You will need to register your email and create a password if you haven’t already done so. You cannot log on with a team’s ID and password here.
2) Once you have signed in, you will be directed to a new page. Hover over the menu option for “Other NCAA Resources” near the top right corner of the page, and choose the link for Division I RPI Archive.
3) You can then use the search feature to find various archived RPIs. Those labeled as “current” correspond with the public RPI being posted on NCAA.com. “Selection” reports are posted in conjunction with the selection announcement, and “final” reports are added at the conclusion of the championship each season.

FTP Site
IMG – (for programs), BSN (video board productions), WebStream Sports (for selections shows) need the following information listed below as they are trying to get everything ready for the Winter championships so please log into the NCAA FTP site and upload the information below.
If you think you have a legitimate chance of qualifying for the NCAA Championship please read the following and do it by Friday, February 1. THIS IS FOR ALL DIVISIONS.
For this site to be completely effective, it requires full cooperation from participating institutions. Please log on to
www.ncaachampionship.info (username: ncaaschools; password: ncaaftp) to upload the appropriate information for your institution or conference. In addition, if you have a videoboard and would like this information for an opponent please let us know so we can give you the download password.
For the following sports in every division, please upload a roster and team photo – also for NCAA.com selection shows we need three to five minutes of video highlights in either 720p quicktime files or H.264 files or three to five student-athlete action photos (if applicable):
• Men’s and Women’s Rifle
• Division II and III Men’s and Women’s Basketball
• Division III Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey
• National Collegiate Women’s Ice Hockey
• National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics
• National Collegiate Women’s Bowling
• Division I Wrestling
For the following DIVISION I SPORTS ONLY, please upload a roster, team photo, student-athlete head shot of everyone on the roster, up to 500MB of video highlights, intro video (if you have one), pdf of media guide, institutional PSA, action photos of three to five players as well as head shots of your president, athletics director, senior woman administrator and head coach:
• Men’s Basketball
• Women’s Basketball
• Men’s Ice Hockey
For the following sports, please upload a head shot of any individual NCAA champions you had in 2012.
• Divisions I, II, III Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field
• Divisions I, II, III Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving
• Divisions I, II, III Wrestling
In addition, we are asking each institution to upload an athletics logo (eps format) and your school fight song (mp3 format) into the appropriate folders if you haven’t already done so. These were the only two things moved over from last year to avoid any confusion.
How to Upload Your Materials
The process of uploading your materials is quite simple. Once you log in to the site, select the “institutions" folder to locate your school (the search tool is the easiest way to find a school). After selecting your school folder, you will see individual folders for the materials we are requesting. Please make sure to enter the information into the correct sport folder. To add content, click on the desired folder and then select “upload files” on the top toolbar, and repeat as necessary.
