Below are links to the 2013 CoSIDA Orlando Convention evaluation survey. We are asking those who were in attendance - and those who were not - to fill out this evaluation.
Your input is critical for our success with the 2014 Convention and all CoSIDA future continuing education programming.
We also know your time is valuable and we want to encourage GREAT PARTICIPATION!
With that in mind, those who include their email address - and respond by our MONDAY, JULY 8th deadline - will be entered in a special VISA Gift Card drawing. We are offering gift cards of $100.00, $75.00 and $50.00 as a thank you for taking the time to participate. Gift cards will be mailed in July after the survey closes.
