FTP Site
IMG – (for programs), BSN (video board productions), WebStream Sports (for selections shows) need the following information listed below as they are trying to get everything ready for the Spring championships so please log into the NCAA FTP site and upload the information below.
If you think you have a legitimate chance of qualifying for the NCAA Championship please upload by April 15. THIS IS FOR ALL DIVISIONS.
For this site to be completely effective, it requires full cooperation from participating institutions. Please log on to www.ncaachampionship.info (username: ncaaschools; password: ncaaftp) to upload the appropriate information for your institution or conference. In addition, if you have a videoboard and would like this information for an opponent please let us know so we can give you the download password.
Rosters and Team Photos
For the following sports in every division, please upload a roster and team photo – also for NCAA.com selection shows we need one to two minutes of edited video highlights in either 720p quicktime files or H.264 files or three to five student-athlete action photos (if applicable):

For the following DIVISION I SPORTS ONLY, please upload an updated roster, team photo (include cutline), student-athlete head shot of everyone on the roster who has a chance on being on the postseason roster (also take off people who quit), up to 500MB of video highlights (in 720p h.264 or 720p mp4 format), intro video (if you have one), pdf of media guide (or links to player bios), updated institutional PSA, action photos of three to five players as well as head shots of your president, athletics director, senior woman administrator and head coach.

In addition, a true updated eps file with specific PMS colors of your team logo. It must have layers not flattened and also be in vector form not pixel. Also, we would like a logo style guide with preferred usages of logos on dark and light backgrounds. The logo must be able to be used on Adobe Illustrator, when in doubt consult your institution’s graphics department and your school fight song (mp3 format) into the appropriate folders if you haven’t already done so. These were the only two things moved over from last year to avoid any confusion.
The process of uploading your materials is quite simple. Once you log in to the site, select the “institutions" folder to locate your school (the search tool is the easiest way to find a school). After selecting your school folder, you will see individual folders for the materials we are requesting. Please make sure to enter the information into the correct sport folder.To add content, click on the desired folder and then select “upload files” on the top toolbar, and repeat as necessary.

PDF templates for credentials, seat cards and parking passes are available for teams hosting early rounds of championships. Templates are not sport specific, but do allow for some customization. To obtain any of the templates, please contact Sahar Rashid (srashid@ncaa.org) and/or Jenn Rodgers ?(jrodgers@ncaa.org).
