The 2014 contest drew 459 total entries with the General Feature category leading the way with 95 stories. Submissions were first judged at the district level with district winners advancing to a national committee.
The 2015 contest will include entries written from January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. An early notice to all future entrants: it has been proposed to lower the number of entries per category from three to one to get the ‘best’ from everyone, but that decision and more details on the 2015 contest will be announced at a later date.
