AUSTIN, Texas –  Senior outside hitter Maggie Kamp of Calvin College headlines the 2015 CoSIDA Academic All-America® Division III Volleyball team selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

A business major with a 3.91 G.P.A., Kamp is a repeat selection as the CoSIDA Division III Academic All-American® of the Year award for volleyball. Maggie’s sisters Rebecca and Lizzie Kamp also earned CoSIDA Division III Academic All-American® of the Year awards during their respective playing careers at Calvin. Rebecca Kamp won the award in 2011 and Lizzie Kamp received the honor in 2012.

The CoSIDA Division III Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure, to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2015-16 Division III Academic All-America® teams program.

A senior from Orland Park, Illinois, Kamp was the 2014 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III National Player of the Year. This year she picked up the third AVCA Division III All-American honor of her career, earning First Team All-American honors.
