The 2014-15 Capital One Academic All-District® Track & Field/Cross Country Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, have been released to recognize the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.

Capital One has been the entitlement rights holder to CoSIDA’s Academic All-America teams programs since 2011.

The Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages and are divided into eight geographic districts across the United States and Canada. This is the fourth year of the expanded Academic All-America® program as CoSIDA moved from recognizing a University Division (Division I) and a College Division (all non-Division I) and has doubled the number of scholar-athletes honored. The expanded teams include NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II and NCAA Division III participants, while the College Division Academic All-America ® Team combines NAIA, Canadian and two-year schools.

The Capital One Division II and III Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures, to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2014-15 DII and DIII Academic All-America® teams program.

First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America® Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be announced in June after the 2015 CoSIDA Convention. Teams will be announced: June 22: College teams; June 23: Division III; June 24: Division II; June 25: Division I).

NOTE: CoSIDA Members with First Team honorees

If you were the nominating SID of First Team recipients, you will receive an email and a link to update the bios of your first team honorees for the national ballot. This email will come your way on Friday, May 22.

The deadline to update these bios is MONDAY, JUNE 1 at 12 noon EASTERN.
There is an extra week given to update the track & field/xc bios from the usual turnaround time.

To update your nominations, log in to:
http://forms.cosida.com/aa/login.aspx with your CoSIDA user name and password.

Once you have logged in, if you have a first-team all-district selection in the current program, there will be an option to "Update Statistics for a District Winner."  Click on that and you can access the statistics and data fields (the 500-character limit still applies, though).

The deadline for updating your nominations is noon, Eastern Time, on Monday, June 1. We are on an extremely tight deadline and there will be NO EXTENSIONS to this noon Eastern time on June 1.

Please check to make sure that your student-athlete's name, major(s) and hometown are listed correctly. If incorrect information is not corrected prior to the national team announcement, your institution will be responsible for the cost of reproducing a corrected award.
