• Heisler will talk about how he's seen our jobs transition from traditional media relations to more self-produced content, particularly as it pertains to web and social media communications, how that has presented additional needs for resources, and how he's gone about making a case to address those needs.
• Ledyard will discuss the importance of having detailed analytics to accompany your proposals for additional resources; he also will cover the corporate sponsorship model he developed at ETBU to supplement funding.
• Fein will focus on creative problem-solving when it comes to budget issues and how he and his staff go about finding ways to help themselves.
