At the 2016 Convention, there are two programming tracks that you may register for:

1. The annual convention programming and social events which runs June 12-15

•  CoSIDA Volunteer 15 log - Log your community service throughout the year, submit it, and be recognized by CoSIDA for your community outreach!
Preregister for the annual Convention (at the link below) and reserve your room reservation (link below).

2. NEW FOR 2016: Introducing our 2016 CoSIDA Leadership Forum to take place Sunday, June 12
The event will lead-off the 2016 CoSIDA Convention and will bring together senior-level administrators in sports communications, athletic directors and executives who have impacted college sports for panel discussions and networking opportunities. The Leadership Forum is a one-day separate registration event (not under the CoSIDA Conference registration) designed for anyone currently in a college sports communications leadership role, such as assistant, associate or deputy athletics director, or who aspires to be in that position in the future. A limited number of seats are available.

Preregistration for the Leadership Forum is $225 for current CoSIDA member and  $275 for non-members. You will make your room reservations at the link below, using the CoSIDA room block login.

Hilton Anatole near sellout: There are no more double rooms available at the Hilton Anatole in our CoSIDA room block for the convention; all our nights are SOLD OUT with the exception of Tuesday, June 14.

HILTON ANATOLE HOTEL (convention HQ)
1. Although we have reached our double room allotment, the Anatole has king bed rooms (singles) available in our room block on some nights. If you are interested in one of those king rooms, you can continue to book at the Anatole at this registration link: Hilton Anatole Hotel reservation link
• Room Rate: $179 + 15% tax = $205.85/night (king rooms available only)

When these hotels are filled, we will alert you to the next available NACDA/CoSIDA overflow property and provide a link and prices. Due to the tremendous popularity of the NACDA and CoSIDA conventions in Orlando, we used five overflow hotels in 2015.

Each of the designated 2016 convention overflow properties is a distance of 0.4 miles (the equivalent of four city blocks) or less from the Hilton Anatole. NACDA is not providing hotel shuttle service between the Anatole and overflow hotels.

CONVENTION ATTENDANCE GRANT
Applications closed Feb. 9.

This grant total of $800.00 per person will go towards registration, travel and hotel accommodations.
The selected attendees will be awarded funds post-convention on a reimbursement basis. In February and March, the Convention Attendance Grant Program selection committee will review the applications and choose the 2016 recipients.

ANNUAL COMMUNITY SERVICE OUTREACH / ANNUAL CoSIDA-NACDA 5K FUN RUN & WALK
Partnership With Keeper of the Game Foundation on June 14
Coordinated by the CoSIDA Goodwill and Wellness Committee      

During the annual convention, CoSIDA holds a community service outreach day with a local non-profit organization. This community project and the annual CoSIDA/NACDA 5K fun run/walk are coordinated by the CoSIDA Goodwill and Wellness Committee and will take place on Tuesday, June 14. CoSIDA will partner with the Keeper of The Game Foundation for a baseball skills camp with The Miracle League of Frisco (Texas), followed by a Frisco RoughRiders game with the athletes.  CLICK LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION & 5K REGISTRATION

AIRPORTS
The Hilton Anatole is 17 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport and 4 1/2 miles from Love Field.

UNITED AIRLINES DISCOUNTS
Once again, United Airlines will offer discounted ticket prices for flights to and from the DFW airport (only) for the 2016 convention. These discounts are in place for flights between June 3-23, 2016.
