UPDATE! CoSIDA Member Renewal/New Member Registration Opening Date Moved to July 20
Because of additional preparation time needed by SIDEARM Sports in finalizing and testing the registration and payment systems related to the new group membership option, the CoSIDA membership renewal/new membership registration for 2016-17 is now set to open July 20. The original launch date was July 1.
“We want all systems in proper working order when our members begin the renewal process and when new members join our association in 2016-17,” CoSIDA Executive Director Doug Vance said. “By moving the dates of registration and renewal to July 20 through October 20, we hope to accomplish a smooth process especially with the addition of group membership options.”

2016-17 Membership Enrollment Period:
July 20-October 20, 2016
Beginning on July 20, 2016, CoSIDA's membership renewal period starts, and members will have the option of purchasing group memberships for the first time. Individual memberships also will continue to be available.
The Board of Directors adopted a proposal to offer active memberships to groups of three, six and 10 in addition to the current individual, associate and student memberships. The group membership is a benefit that your school, conference or organization can take advantage of if you have staffs of three or more. The group options are detailed below.
EACH ORGANIZATION MUST HAVE A DUES-PAYING CUSTODIAN OF THEIR CoSIDA ACCOUNT
New for 2016-17: Beginning July 1, 2016, every school must have a custodian and all custodians
MUST be dues-paying members.
The custodian of each organization can: update and edit organizational and staff information, pay online dues for staff members and add or delete members during the year.
Even if you want your administrative assistant to do any of the tasks outlined above, he or she must either log in as you OR become a dues-paying member themselves. Every CoSIDA organization was contacted in June, via email by Director of Membership Engagement Laurie Bollig, about updating their custodian or adding a custodian.

Individual active membership - $140

Undergraduate students who are included in a group membership are permitted to nominate and vote. This is a significant change from past years.
