Format: A 45-minute discussion and Q&A session on hiring, on-boarding, managing and mentoring new staff as the fall semester begins. We'll discuss working with full-time employees, interns, graduate assistants and undergraduate students. In addition, we'll offer some advice and strategies for those who are new to managing employees.
