been promoted to Associate Executive Director and Beau White to Director of Creative Services.
Roleson will assume a broader role in organizational oversight and corporate partnerships while continuing to handle responsibility for financial reporting and budgeting along with serving as staff administrator for the annual CoSiDA Convention.
White, who joined the CoSIDA staff last fall in a part-time role, will handle content management for CoSIDA.com and provide graphic design resources and creative development for all print and on-line publications.
Roleson, who serves as CoSIDA's chief financial officer, joined the CoSIDA staff as Director of Internal Operations/Treasurer in 2011 after nearly 20 years in sports information.
Previously he had served as associate commissioner for communications and branding at

the Horizon League office in Indianapolis from 2004-10, where he oversaw the Horizon League Network, the nation's first conference-wide video streaming network.
Roleson was a member of the CoSIDA Board of Directors from 2006-09 as an at-large representative.
From 2002-2011, White served in various athletic communications roles at the University of Kansas. He began as a KU assistant media relations director for the first four years then assumed more graphic design responsibilities in addition to SID duties in the last five years. He then worked as communication program manger/graphic designer at Sprint Nextel in Overland Park, Kansas from 2011-2016.
