UPDATE 5:05 PM 2/13/17: The Orlando World Center Marriott is the primary convention hotel and is only taking wait list reservations at this time. Members may now reserve rooms at the Marriott Village (Springhill Suites, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista). Follow the links below to make your hotel reservations for the 2017 CoSIDA Convention.

• Room Rate: $169 12.5% tax = $190.13/night
• You may use this link to modify an existing reservation.
• Credit card is needed to make the reservation, but a deposit is not required.
• Cancellation Policy: Room must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty.
• There will not be a cancellation penalty for any individual that is accommodated from the waitlist at the Orlando World Center Marriott.
• Transportation will be available to Convention attendees between the Marriott Village and the Orlando World Center Marriott.
Note: For all registered CoSIDA and NACDA convention attendees, we will offer complimentary ground transportation is available between the Marriott Village and the Orlando World Center Marriott.

After an unprecedented first day of registration, CoSIDA's block of rooms at the World Center Marriott is now fully
SOLD OUT and the World Center is still accepting wait-list reservations in the CoSIDA room block at this time.
Directions to get on the World Center Marriott Wait list:
1. Go to the CoSIDA reservations link:
https://aws.passkey.com/event/15528397/owner/241/landing.
2. Select the
Make a Reservation option and enter the nights you need.
3. The next page displays the room options available. Choose
WAITLIST ROOM, which is the last option.
(Choosing any other option will say Sold-out).
4. Select the
WAITLIST option
5. Continue with your reservation.
