2023-24 College Sports Communicators Membership Enrollment Information
Regular enrollment period: August 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023

For All-In group memberships:
Account custodians renewing a school or conference membership, or purchasing new membership,
click here to begin.
- Log in to your account (if not already logged in)
- Search for your organization and click Next
- Select your membership type (University and College All-In OR Conference All-In) and click Add to Cart
- Review and Check Out
- Update your staff roster
To update your staff roster: Edit your staff roster by clicking the
Organizations tab on the top navigation bar in your profile, followed by the blue
Manage button next to your organization's name and then the
Individuals tab. You can update or add to your staff directory any time throughout the year at no cost. If you are adding someone who may already have an account, check with the CSC staff first so as not to create a duplicate account. CSC staff will transfer that member to your institution.
To download an invoice or receipt for an All-In membership (custodians only): Log into your profile and click on the
Organizations tab in the top navigation bar, the blue
Manage button next to your organization’s name, the
Purchases tab in the top navigation bar and then
Recent Invoices or
Recent Payments in the dashboard.
For Individual memberships:
Those wishing to purchase individual memberships should
click here to begin.
- Log in or create a new account (if not already logged in).
- Search for your name and click Next
- Select your membership type and click Add to Cart
- Review and Check Out
To download an invoice or receipt for an Individual membership: Log into your profile and click on the
Purchases tab in the top navigation bar and then
Recent Invoices or
Recent Payments in the dashboard.
Note: Your
profile in the CSC database stays with you even if you change employment. If you have changed organizations you do not need to create a new account/profile. Please log in to your existing account and make appropriate updates for your new position. In the case of a change of employment, your membership status would depend on your membership type and whether your new institution has an exisiting current All-In membership.
Benefits of an All-In group membership (University and College, Conference All-In Membership)
- Unlimited members for one low price
- Renew your organization once at the beginning of the academic year. Add or remove staff throughout the year without any additional costs or invoices.
- Include ALL communication and creative staff who help shape your brand including full communications staff, creative staff, student assistants, senior administators, campus colleagues and others.
Rates will remain the same for the 2023-24 academic year.
All memberships expire on July 31 each year and must be renewed for the new academic year to remain active. The Executive Board of Directors has approved that rates in 2023-24 will remain the same as 2022-23.
Understand your options before enrolling
- All-In Memberships purchased by or reimbursed by an organization are the sole property of that organization.
- Members who are designated as custodians for their respective organizations are the only people allowed to purchase All-In Memberships for universities/colleges and conferences.
- Individual, Advoate and Undergraduate Student memberships can only be purchased through the individual’s personal account.
- Advocate and Undergraduate Student members are eligible for committee service; however, they may not hold a chair or vice chair position.
- Undergraduate Student memberships do not require employment in the athletic communications office.

Academic All-America® Program Eligibility
- All-In and Individual members are eligible to nominate and vote.
- Conference members are eligible to vote.
- Advocate members and Undergraduate Student member types are not eligible to nominate or vote. Note that students can be included in an All-In membership, and would receive the same Academic All-America nominating/voting eligibility as anyone else included in the All-In membership.
2023-24 Membership Pricing Structure
The chart below shows membership purchase options for 2023-24. Late fees will be added beginning Oct. 1.
The highlighted orange column below is the new "All-In" membership option which includes unlimited memberships for individuals at schools and conferences. There will be one person at each school or conference designated as the custodian. For the All-In option, that person can add an unlimited number of individuals to the account throughout the length of the membership, which expires on July 31 each year. To nominate and vote in the Academic All-America® program, you must be either part of an "All-In Membership" or an "Individual".
For those who don’t fit into the “All-In” model, individual rates are available. Your membership is NOT activated until payment is received. In the table below, the first number is the regular rates, the second number is the rate with late fee included as of Oct. 1.

Don't work at a school or conference?
For those not working full time at school or conference, CSC offers an
Advocate Membership (formerly Associate Membership) and
Undergraduate Student Membership. Students are eligible to be included in an institution's All-In membership. These student memberships are available for any undergraduate student not currently covered under the university/college membership for a specific institution.
Note that "Advocate" and stand-alone "Undergraduate Student" memberships are not eligible to participate in the Academic All-America® program. To nominate and/or vote, you must be part of an All-In group membership or have a full Individual membership.
