Why Join CoSIDA?
Using the CoSIDA Career Center for job announcements?
CoSIDA members must renew their dues for 2017-18 beginning Monday, Aug. 14, 2017 to take advantage of member pricing for the jobs listing service. If you want to post a job after August 14 and are not a 2017-18 member, you will be charged non-member rates for your job postings. |
Streamlined member processes. A 360-degree view of 3,000-plus members. After months of demos and data migration, CoSIDA introduces its new membership portal.
Members will benefit from the new software housed on CoSIDA.com in many ways:
• CoSIDA activities and personal information will be in one place.
• Single sign-on capabilities are available for CoSIDA’s awards programs and Connect.
• Financial accounting processes are enhanced.
• There is now a one-stop place for events and registrations.
• Awards procedures will be more intuitive.
• CoSIDA-to-member and member-to-member communication can be more targeted.
Members are invited to
review the users guide and complete several tasks on the new system to become acquainted with its functions. The initial log-in information, new account creation procedures, dues renewal processes and profile update information are outlined in the users guide. Please review the guide thoroughly as you explore the new system. On page 3 of the user guide you will find 8 tasks that will help you and CoSIDA get the most out of the experience.

Helpful advice in using the system:
1. PAYMENTS: For those members who selected the Bill Me or Check options for payment, they can generate an invoice from their personal account or custodians from their organization account (Purchases/Recent Orders), turn it into their business office to include with the remittance to Will Roleson at P.O. Box 7818 Greenwood, Indiana 46142-6427.
2. CUSTODIANS-IMPORTANT: Custodians need to update all the Account and Contact Information for their institutions. This information will be used during the Academic All-America program to determine nomination and voting processes. Also, each custodian should upload logos for their institution on the Overview page.
3. NEED TO CHANGE YOUR AFFILIATION? BE A CUSTODIAN? READ THIS: Only CoSIDA staff administrators can (1) assign members to an institution, (2) change a member affiliation or (3) assign custodian status to a member. Contact Laurie Bollig (
lauriebollig@cosida.com) for those requests.
4. DUES INVOICES: For members who chose the Bill Me option, invoices are generated by CoSIDA staff and you will be notified when yours is available.
Group membership invoices are in the organization profile under Purchases/Recent Invoices.
Individual membership invoices are in your personal profile under Purchases/Recent Invoices.
Please log into the portal to access the invoice for payment. When your payment is received, your membership for 2017-18 will be activated.
