CoSIDA Members:

The ballots for the Google Cloud Academic All-District® Football and Volleyball Teams for members affiliated with NCAA and NAIA institutions are now ready to be voted upon! The voting deadline is 9 PM (Eastern) on Tuesday, November 13.

Voting Steps
  1. Access the awards portal at www.cosida.com/awards.
  2. Click Vote Here to start the process.
  3. District ballots can be found under My Nominations/Ballots.
  4. Confirm your division and institution before proceeding to the ballot.
  5. Review student-athlete credentials one of three ways – (a) PDF download of all nominations (one per page); (b) sortable and downloadable Excel spreadsheet, or (c) viewing separate nominations online.
  6. In order for your ballot to be counted, select the required number of student-athletes and press Save and Submit on the last page of the ballot.
Note: The Google Cloud Academic All-District® teams should be selected based on both athletic and academic achievement. Voting strictly by athletic success or grade point average is strongly discouraged.

Future Dates
All-District teams announced – Thursday, November 15 at Noon (ET) on www.academicallamerica.com (Note: SIDs will not be notified in advance if they have a student-athlete on the All-District team. SIDs who have one or more student-athletes selected to an All-District first team will receive an email shortly after the team announcements with a link for updating nominations in advance of national voting.)
 
First-team All-District nomination updates completed – Monday, November 19, 9 PM (ET)
 
Academic All-America voting – Tuesday, November 20 to Wednesday, November 28 at 9 PM (ET)
 
Academic All-America teams announced – December 10 (NCAA Division I), December 11 (NCAA Division II), December 12 (NCAA Division III) and December 13 (NAIA) on www.academicallamerica.com.
