CoSIDA Goodwill & Wellness Committee Initiatives
In an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle and create a fun and supportive program around health and wellness, CoSIDA along with the Goodwill and Wellness Committee will launch the CoSIDA Fitness Challenge, a new initiative available FREE to CoSIDA members.
The CoSIDA Fitness Challenge will be a 10-week program based on minutes per week of any type of physical activity and will have groups ranging from beginner to expert with increasing minutes per week of physical activity.
Registration will run through April 1, with the fitness challenge starting on April 2 and going through June 10. See instructions below for how to join the challenge.
“This is another great initiative that CoSIDA has put together for its members,” noted Rob Carolla, CoSIDA President and Director of Communications for the College Football 150th Anniversary. “No matter what your line of work it is always important to take care of ourselves and that is especially true for communications professionals during this busy time of year. I hope that this program will provide incentive for some of our members. I salute the Goodwill and Wellness Committee for putting it together.”
The goals of this challenge are to create a long-term approach to fitness, help promote a healthy lifestyle within our membership, bring people together to create an online community of support and have fun while doing something beneficial for health and wellness.
Prizes will be awarded to the top participants of the challenge and all those who participate will receive special recognition.
Note: The CoSIDA Fitness Challenge is for all CoSIDA members. Participants need not attend the
#CoSIDA18 Convention although we'd love to see you there!
